With over 30 years of experience, Nicos Group Inc. has been a trusted leader in the modular cleanroom industry. Specializing in the design, supply, and installation of Nicomac-Mangini modular cleanrooms, we offer solutions for both non-certified and certified (ISO & GMP) manufacturing and assembly areas. We understand that cleanrooms are more than just functional spaces—they are vital environments that require precision and care. That’s why we focus on special touches and finishes to create a space that is not only highly functional but also a special place for your operations. From the initial design to final installation, our comprehensive project management ensures seamless construction, all handled out of our New Jersey facility.
Nicos' Cleanroom Windows are double-glazed and fit flush with both surfaces of the wall panel system. Each unit consists of two panels of 3+3 mm double-layered, laminated safety glass, with a PVB (polyvinyl butyral) film laminated between the layers for added strength and durability. The windows are completely silicone-sealed and incorporate a micro-perforation profile with an integral silica gel moisture absorption system to prevent condensation. Designed to meet the stringent cleaning and hygiene requirements of cleanroom environments, the system ensures fog-free visibility. Additionally, the option of rounded or square corners enhances both the strength and aesthetics of the cleanroom window units.

However, the frequent movement of personnel entering and exiting the cleanroom is one of the primary sources of contamination. Cleanroom passthroughs facilitate the transfer of materials and equipment while minimizing personnel movement, thereby reducing contamination risks. Nicos offers a wide selection of customizable cleanroom pass-through chambers designed to meet your specific requirements. Our range includes:
Static passthroughs
Ventilated passthroughs
Dynamic passthroughs
Floor passthroughs
Gowning benches and lockers are essential components of gowning rooms, where personnel transition from uncontrolled areas to the cleanroom. Properly designed gowning areas contribute to a cleaner, safer, and more productive environment, helping companies meet strict industry regulations while maintaining high product quality.

They are typically installed on doors connecting non-cleanroom and cleanroom areas, such as Material Airlocks (MAL) and Personnel Airlocks (PAL). By preventing multiple doors from being opened simultaneously, interlocks ensure that the internal rooms never directly communicates with the non-controlled environment. This minimizes the risk of unfiltered air infiltration and helps maintain stable pressure conditions, preserving the integrity of the cleanroom.
Contact us to learn moreAir showers serve as decontamination chambers that personnel and materials pass through before entering the cleanroom, reducing the risk of particulate contamination. Thanks to high velocity filtered air jets, contaminants, such as dust, lint, skin flakes, from cleanroom garments, are dislodged preventing them from entering the controlled environment. Investing in properly designed air showers enhances cleanroom performance, and hence final product quality.

They are specifically designed to be sealed, dust-proof, and easy to clean, preventing particle buildup that could compromise air cleanliness. Additionally, they are built to withstand harsh cleaning chemicals without degradation, ensuring long-term durability and compliance. Cleanroom standards specify minimum illumination levels based on the required cleanliness classification to ensure worker productivity, precision, and safety in critical environments.
Contact us to learn moreHEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filters are essential components of cleanroom air filtration systems. They are designed to capture at least 99.97% of particles larger than 0.3 microns, including dust, bacteria, mold spores, and aerosols that could compromise product integrity. In high-purity cleanrooms, HEPA-filtered air jets are used to maintain positive pressure, ensuring contaminants from less clean areas do not enter the controlled environment.
Contact us to learn moreNicos installation team frequently receives requests to integrate monitors and accessories into wall panels. Unless specified otherwise by the customer, these integrations are designed with a flush transition between the wall and the accessory, ensuring easy cleanability. Monitors can be incorporated into cleanroom walls or workstations to provide real-time tracking of critical parameters, such as room temperature and humidity, or to monitor specific manufacturing process parameters.
