Modular Cleanroom Glass walls

More and more FDA and European standards are asking for full visibility of the cleanroom areas. This requirement is to reduce the need of accessing cleanrooms, thus reducing the possibility of contamination caused by people. Glass wall system, used for clean room walls, also enhances the working environment for operator by increasing luminosity. It is also proved that operators put more care in handling operations in areas with full glass cleanroom walls.

Glass partition panel includes:

• H Aluminum profile between wall sections provide the precision 4mm seal gap

• PVC profile

• A 70mm≃2 3/4" or 120mm ≃4 3/4" aluminum

floor trail for panel support

Standard wall size: 1200x3000mm (4’ x 9’ 8”)

The panel is completely silicone sealed and includes

a micro-perforation profile with an integral silica gel

moisture absorption system to eliminate fogging

Tempered glass (6mm) in place of laminated glass is available upon request.

Available glass wall thicknesses:

• 6+6 (total wall thickness: 12mm ≃1/2”)

Glass partition panel includes:

• Solid round aluminum track with U-shaped rubber gasket to fix the glass

directly anchored to floor track (70mm≃2 3/4"

or 120mm≃4 3/4").

• Glass sheets are vertically sealed by silicone every

1.000m (3.2’). Maximum wall height 3.000mm (9.8’).

• H Aluminum profile between wall sections provide

the precision 0.4mm seal gap

• A 70mm or 120mm aluminum floor trail for panel

support
